1.3 Obligations of Receiving Party

The Receiving Party agrees to:

  • Protect Confidential Information with at least reasonable care

  • Notify A3INFOSEC promptly if disclosure is legally required

1.4 Term & Termination

This NDA remains effective for three (3) years from the Effective Date. Upon termination or written request, Confidential Information must be returned or destroyed.

1.5 Remedies

Unauthorized disclosure may cause irreparable harm. A3INFOSEC reserves the right to seek injunctive relief and all legal remedies.

2. Privacy Policy
